Can my office staff see what the crew captures?
Yes, for projects on the owner's account. Once a capture has uploaded, it is saved to your account by project. Photos and typed notes taken without signal wait on the phone and upload when you are back online. On the Team and Pro plans each person gets their own login (up to 3 people on Team and 5 on Pro, counting the owner). Team members can open the owner's projects from any device, build and email reports, and export the CSV, but only the owner's login can add or change findings. A project that a team member creates belongs to that member and is not visible to the owner. The Starter plan is one login.
